The Foundations Program is designed to teach you the fundamental movements & techniques of our program. Join a community of members who come through the door everyday with the intentions of becoming the best they can possibly be. We all have different goals but we are all working together to reach them.
KIDS, PRE-TEENS & TEENS CLASSES
Our Kids/Pre-Teens Program use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children and pre-teens. Classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running, jumping and more—all geared towards developing functional capabilities of a growing body!
Our Teens Program makes kids healthy and fit. It not only builds strength in the body but it also strengthens the mind. Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, Ghetto Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.
