For The Beginners
We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimise injury. The 5 session foundations course is designed to teach you the technique and the fundamental movements of our program. Join a community of members who come through the door everyday with the intentions of becoming the best they can possibly be. We all have different goals but we are all working together to reach them.
Ready For The Challenge?
Ghetto Ladies Bootcamp emphasizes cardiovascular health and endurance through fast paced workouts utilizing bodyweight movements, running, kettlebells, and dumbbells. We move through a series of challenging but fun interval and circuit workouts to increase muscle tone, improve health, and increase balance. Bootcamp workouts not only will get your heart heart rate up but will leave you energized.
Classes are 1 hour and capped to 20 members in order to ensure you get the supportive coaching you need. Bootcamp is coached by our certified trainers and is a great way to get a taste of what CrossFit has to offer without barbells and limited gymnastic movements.

KIDS, PRE-TEENS & TEENS CLASSES
Our Kids/Pre-Teens Program use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children and pre-teens. Classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running, jumping and more—all geared towards developing functional capabilities of a growing body!
Our Teens Program makes kids healthy and fit. It not only builds strength in the body but it also strengthens the mind. Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, Ghetto Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.
