Our Easy 3 Step Process to Join

Ghetto CrossFit is located in The Terminal Life & Style Centre, Boksburg, a safe and professional office park conveniently located just off the N12 highway, within 5-minutes drive from O.R Tambo International Airport.

Book Your Intro Session

Are you new to CrossFit? Come join us for a Complimentary Intro Session at your convenience and discover firsthand what sets us apart. Pick any day and time that suits your schedule best, and let’s get your fitness journey started together.

Step 2

Complete Our Intro Course

To join Ghetto CrossFit, you must complete our Intro Course, consisting of two sessions on Saturdays (11 am – 1 pm) and Sundays (9 am – 11 am). The Intro Course costs R500, a one-time fee that will be deducted from your first month’s membership fee.

Step 3

Pick a Membership Option

We don’t lock you in to any long term contracts. Our membership options are flexible and suited to individuals, couples and families. We offer three standard adult options – 12 sessions, 16 sessions or unlimited sessions per month.

What should I expect during a class. What do I need to bring?

Our CrossFit group classes typically include a guided warm-up, skill training, a workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. Each class lasts 60 minutes. We recommend bringing a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a positive attitude. We’ll provide the necessary equipment and guidance to ensure you have a great workout experience.

How often should I attend CrossFit classes to see results?

The frequency of attending classes depends on your fitness goals and schedule. For best results, we recommend attending at least 3 classes per week. Consistency is key, and nutrition plays an important role. Our coaches provide accountability and we offer nutrition coaching.

One you become a member we’ll scale movements and workouts to help you develop the mobility, strength and fitness you’re looking to achieve.

Is CrossFit only for competitive athletes, or can anyone join?
